Uncle Mo's has proven over and over again to be (in my opinion) the best gyro in Cincinnati. You can smell the gyro meat from the second you walk in the door- and it smells incredible. I always get Uncle Mo's gyro by itself, but the shawarma is tasty too!
As for service, Mo and his wife make sure you feel completely welcome from the second you walk in the door. It may take an extra minute to get your food if there's a line, but it's hard to mind if you're not in a rush.
Bottom line: I can't believe that I can leave the restaurant completely full for under $6, especially for such a great meal. You can't beat a great cheap, filling lunch. -

What a great lunch spot in downtown. My only negative is that it is not open for more hours per day/on the weekends. Very inexpensive for the portions and one of the best gyro's I have ever had!
